button ‘A father carries pictures where his money used to be.’ -Unknown

Thought I’d help give y’all a head-start on planning Father’s Day photo presentations / slideshows for your clients and spouses.

I’ve had this video by Alicia Price Photography bookmarked for almost two years now. I think I fall in love with it even more every time I see it!

Daddy-O slideshow by Alicia Price Photography

The song playing in the video is called “Daddy-O” and it’s by an artist we featured earlier this year here at Paperie – Frances England. For information about licensing her music, please visit our feature on Frances and her website FAQ.

UPDATE: Check the comments for various slideshow software options.

P.S. Look around the sidebars and say “hi” to several of our new advertisers. If you are interested in advertising with Paperie Boutique, please contact todd @ this domain. If you are a photographer and are interested in having your packaging featured – or are a vendor and are interested in having your business packaging, marketing ideas, or photography-related products featured – please contact robyn @ this domain to be added to the posting schedule.

I use a stand-alone Blu Domain slideshow program I purchased several years back – I’m not sure if they offer that as a separate purchase any longer. Other options are:

i was just pointed in the direction of this blog yesterday. thank you so much!!

i’ve had a few emails regarding this video so i thought i’d jump in here and share. the program i used is super, super, super simple and fairly in-expensive.

i had to manually sync some of the slides myself, it took awhile but worked well.

also, i just used crayola washable markers for the letters on my kids. 🙂

thanks again for the blog feature! i’m gonna have to bookmark this, looks like a wonderful place you have here!
